Banana mini pancakes

Banana mini pancakes for children and without sugar are ideal for dinner or breakfast. They are quicky prepared and sweet thanks to the banana. I always prepare them in a double dose and I freeze the mini pancakes so that I have them on hand for my daughter at any time. If you also want to freeze them, let them cool down first and line them with a so that they do not stick together. You can add blueberries or chocolate to pancakes, for example, and you will immediately have different types of mini pancakes. These mini pancakes are suitable for children from one year.

  • 0.5 l of milk
  • 200g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla pasta
  • 1.5 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • ghee for frying

Break the bananas into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl of milk. Add flour and eggs and mix everything well. Finally, add a tablespoon of ghee and vanilla paste.

Let the dough prepared in this way rest for 10 minutes and then you can start frying. Fry on ghee on both sides until golden. Bon appetit.
