Carrot biscuits

Carrot biscuits are ideal for a snack. You can take it anywhere with you. Alternatively, eat as a side dish to, for example, avocado spread or with cream cheese.

  • 1 steamed carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 4-5 tablespoons of mixed oatmeal
  • a pinch of baking powder 

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Put a steamed carrot in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add an egg and mix. Then add oatmeal and make a thicker dough. Finally, add a pinch of baking powder.

Using a spoon, create buns, which you place on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit.
